Alright this will seperate the men/ women from the boys/ girls ...whos puking?
here it is....we are timing this to see who can do it the most efficiently plus it burns more calories ;D
100 jumping jacks
25 vertical leg crunches
30 crunches
20 squats
10 wall push ups
50 russian twists
15 calf raises
10 lunge split jumps each leg ( rt. lunge switch legs in air left lunge)
10 squat jumps
40 high knees
Not done yet
... do another round...post both times for each round
If this isn't a challenge enough for you...
**** bonus**** find a hill or incline on tread mill .. sprint up the hill as fast as you can or on tread mill 25 sec. and jog down treadmill 40 secs ... do it 10x
