..keep time of overall time. Rest as long as u need between rounds but clock is ticking.
Mile run 30 in and outs abs 60 bicycles
Mile run 20 heals to heaven 30 hip raises
Mile run Side plank hip raises (keep ur hips forward) 15 each side 50 mason twists

BGJames and I crushed this workout at the sweetest gym I have ever been to...The chocolate, banana, peanut butter fast fuel protien shake to top it off was special. (that taste good)
Final results
BGJames - 30:03 (fastest mile 1st = 7:05)
Chris - 29:49 (fastest mile 3rd = 7:25)

Good Workout!!! especially the view of Standing Bear Lake in Omaha, NE.

Bonus 1 - Pushing baby stroller
Bonus 2 - Chugging a Gatorade and then realizing it was spiked with VODKA.

It's hard to sabatoge u when ur the one making the drink ha.... I also did this workout since nic didn't post my results ..but I only ran 2 miles bc I was in a sprint w my dog the whole time
