10 events all max reps. Look at it this way....there are only 3 of us so you already got a medal.
All events are 1 min unless stated otherwise. Only going through once so get those max numbers as high as possible!
Event 1: standard push ups Event 2: burpies (just regular no push ups) Event 3: jump rope *2 min* (keep count of jumps) Event 4: pull ups Event 5: sit ups Event 6: power jumps (jump and bring both knees up) Event 7: wall push ups Event 8: plank (hold as long as possible) Event 9: high knees (every time a knee comes up = 1) Event 10: one mile run (not for speed, just a shake out jog)

Nice. This will be fun. I hope u made gold medals...cause I expect at least 7 :-)

My body is begging for mercy. Looks like I will be claiming bronze.
Push ups - 54 Burpies - 21 J rope - 285 Wall push ups - 20 Sit ups - 40 Power jumps - 45 Pull ups - 27 Leg raises - 50 Hand stands - 4 steps maybe 3 feet. Ran the mile with Charlie and he was not interested in a shake out jog. Kicked my tail.
Seem like we should come back to this every once in a while to track improvements.
