I need a few information and Idea about my diet. my exercise is in daily routine in morning and workout also in evening.. but my weight is grow day by day.. which is not good for my future health and my personality.. so if you one have any suggestion among my diet and loss my weight ... share with authentic way...

Balance meals. Don't try to cut meals out or make them really small to cut calories. Always get a solid breakfast. Drink a lot of water, and try to eat fruit between meals (apples, pears, bananas fill u up the most).
