This is a great time of year for everything, except working out. Considering the activity on this board or, lack there of, I assume you fellas feel the same way. So as I search for motivation to workout, this will be my schedule
-----Monday, Wednesday and Friday----- Legs and Chest (3 sets of 10) Seated leg press Bench press Leg extensions Incline bench press Leg curls Seated chest press Calf raises
Bonus-- any cardio u want.
-----Tuesday and Thursday----- Back and Arms (max reps) Reverse grip pull ups Curls rd1-straight bar rd2-Dumbell Wide grip pull-u Tricep two sets of dips both rds Front grip pull-ups
Complete 2 rounds
2-4 mile run
----Saturday---- Long run day 5 mile minimum
----AM or Lunchtime--- 3 days a Week Ab workout Pick your poison

That legs and chest workout is the real deal. Got a little cardio and ab ripper x in today too. Gonna b sore tomorrow.

Good call. I've barely had time to think lately. This is doable...my bro-in-law did Spartan SanDiego. Said it was great. took about an hour. he suggests being able to do 30 burpees at any given time. Rest was not too tough. Runs were about 1/2 mile with a challenge at each station. I know April is too far out if you guys are interested in Spartan INDY...I want to find something to do sooner. Any ideas???

Mixed it up a little bit tonight. I went with some straight cardio. Six rounds of ten minutes. The odd numbered rounds were stair machine and the even numbered rounds were the treadmill. I think I burned about 850-900 calories along the way. It was a great workout. Man I was drenched when I left. Thinking about another half marathon. Gater? RJO? You boys wanna suit up or what?

I'm still in the spartan run in April. Time to start training specifically for that instead of just thinking about it while training.

the daily workout routine is reduce our face softness and make tide our face ... due to this my workout routine is normal and I make gap in my workout ....
