Here is Saturday's dpc...hopefully Irish don't let us down. Compliments of Mike Dilley. Murph For time (under an hour is good according to Mike): 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 air squats (May be mixed together) 1 mile run ***Bonus: do this while carrying a 20lb weight vest *** CAG is excused from the extra weight sice he claims sack weighs that much

I have a couple of quick thoughts on this workout... *I think I just murphed my shorts. *I'm gonna feel these air squats for about a week. *Should b interesting to see the times. *RJO....thanks for the exception, but it's not the sac it's the sasuage. Lol

Wow! 48 min 34 sec. That was an ASS kicker. I couldn't resist the bonus. Made a 20lb backpack is peagravel. Nikki thinks I'm a dork.

That is really really good. I think that was 20lbs of tropicana or banana boat. That is crazy tho. No extra weight for me. I do the DPC to keep those 20 extra lbs off.

I was defeated and decided not to even try this one!!! LOL
I did the gun show work out with the orignial Gater yesterday. Thinking about old man's revenge today...not sure feel like some speed work with push ups.

I got defeated by this workout. I was focusing so much on that run for the last three weeks I forgot about basics of the DPC. Push ups and pull ups. I finished the first mile in 7:03. The clock was stopped at the finish of the second mile at 28 min flat. From 7:03 to 28:00 I only finished 50 pull ups and 100 pushups. The most frustrating thing was I wasn't tired at all, but my muscles were totally done. Tried to do a few more pushups and pull ups....no dice.
But in 28 min I ran 2 miles did 100 push ups and 50 pull ups. That's not too bad.
