2 mile run 1 minute plank on elbows and toes. CAG will probly do this on concrete, but grass is acceptable. 25 pullups ..normal chinup grip. As many breaks as needed, but post how many sets u used. 1 min stairs jogging or walking lunges 20 spiderman pushups. (On way down, pull one knee up toward elbow....try to make contact) o Record your total time! Tic tic tic.

2.21 miles (extra due to a lost toy not over achieving...since my legs feel like rubber after springing my balls off yesterday!) I did lunges Pull UPS were 15 and 10Total time 28miny 33 sec.

21:13 That was the hardest 2 mile run in years!!!! My legs were not ready for that. I finished the plank but could not find anywhere to do the chip ups. Decided since I start moving tomorrow I should shut it down. Nice DPC! I wish my body was ready for it!

2 miles 16:02 Pull ups 20 and 5 I did stairs Plank was rough, had to find my happy place for the last......oh about 53 seconds. Think about the scene from fight club when Edward Norton is getting the chemhical burn from brad pitt, that was me. I was sweating like Patrick ewing......
Total workout time = 21:41.

BTW...those spiderman push ups were awesome. Shoulders and abs were still burning from yesterday. Can't wait for tomorrow.

Ole pat killed it tonight! gGota say I'm impressed with them numbers! Holy crap 20 and 5! I better increase :Dnext dpc pullups to fifty!
