I am already at the gym. I will try this one first thing in the morning. Man I have been a bum this week. Time to get back at it.

Me too! I think today starts fresh plan...I will do the weeks workouts. I wanna do the decathalon. Should we do first or last part of week?

I finished in 27:34. But I only did the push ups, pull ups, crunches, and squats after rd one. I wanted to finish before Christmas. I was dying. Haven't run outside in a while and I payed the price. Thinking about retooling the DPC a little. I will post and get feedback from you fellas.
