here's my dpc for today...
3rds , no rest.
250 ropes 15 pullups rotate grips 25 widefly pushups 25 full body crunches (legs come up with torso)
probly shoulda timed it.
gonna hit the cardio hard this week, since I got graded as a "B" in this category!!!

Completed 3 rounds no rest. Had to adjust to only 5 pull-ups as this is as many as I can get with no rest.

Well B+ is what the instructor gave you. I think the self assessment was a low C. Better than the failing grade I got on power lifting.
