8 rounds total Time rounds 1-4.....3-5 min rest.....then rounds 5-8 must be within a minute of rds 1-4. If not take your medicine.
1. Bench press. 8 reps @ 135 lbs 2. Pullups 5 reverse grip 3. Military push ups 15 4. Pullups 5 front grip 5. Chest flys 8 reps you choose weight and either machine or Dumbell 6. Tricep rope extensions 8 reps choose your weight. 7. Sit ups or crunches 25 8. Curls you choose the style and weight 8 reps.
The medicine: only if your time is bad on rds 4-8 3 sets of 500 jump rope
Bonus: for those of us who don't have "soft"balls in our bags
Either the adventure 5k or some type of interval treadmill running.

1,500 on the rope as punishment...is this for each poor time 4-8! What do you get if you dont make it to rounds 4-8 LOL

Typo. Ment to type 5-8
Start clock at #1 stop at the end of 4. Then same for 5-8

Got 6 rounds in. On the seventh round the bench press bar almost took my head off. At that point I figured I was done lifting. Ran for about 10 min. That was a tough DPC for me.

Forgot my watch so I didn't time anything. I don't think this DPC lent itself to timing. I did not rest between sets kept it moving, but rushing through lifts isn't good form. I wanted that good positive AND negitave like Gater and master Gater preach about.

I was able to complete a full 6 rounds. On round 7 I made it to the push-ups and could go no further! Great DPC!!!! Legs today??
