Gater talked me into tabata training tonight, so we drafted exercises and away we went.
Here are my numbers.

Push ups. 26. 21. 18. 20. 22. 20. 20. 20 Rope. 56. 60. 57. 59. 59. 50. 56. 55 Pushups. 25. 22. 16. 15. 20. 18. 20. 18 Rope. 58. 60. 57. 60. 60. 57. 57. 59 Tri dips. 20. 16. 18. 18. 19. 16. 16. 16 Power j's. 18. 15. 16. 16. 15. 16. 17. 18 Tri dips. 15. 15. 18. 16. 18. 16. 16. 14 Pullups. Did front grip 5 reps for each round
Great call Gater! The first two rounds of the second tri dips were diamond push ups. Switched to dips after that.
Tabata is the real deal. Love it.
