8 pull ups 15 push ups 15 squats 300 jump rope 20 min. As many rounds as u can

Leg killer today. in honor of my snip job tomorrow. No dpcs for a few for rjo. Just ice .
For time. 3 rds. 20 leaping superskaters. 25 sumo squats ...hold 25 to 35 lb plate straight out from chest. 20 box jumps 25 lunges. With 20 lb dbells. 250 speed ropes. CAGs favorite....REPEAT
2 mile jog...pick ur pace.

Nice...looking forward to this one tonight. I see RJO is cutting down on the speed rope...250 is barley worth getting the rope going! LOL

Not happy at all with my gym tonight. It was so busy after work that I could not get the workout in. I was able to get 1.5 rounds in. the box jumps were really tough.
Finished the 2 miles in 16:40

16:40 is a good pace for two miles. Even more so after some good leg work. Gotta throw out the Seinfeld reference here about the crowded gym. Remember Kramer swimming in the river cause the gym pool was full. "It was like a flabby armed spanking machine."

I think it was a bad back, and then the river started to fill up. I remember him saying....after an hour in that chop I'm a full inch taller

Tough leg workout tonight. They gym was packed so I ran my 3 miles first (24:16).
Leg press 3 sets of 10 210lbs Leg extention 3 sets of 10 55lbs Seated Leg Curl 3 sets of 10 60lb, 65lb, 70lb
Used the original Gator technique. Slow controlled movement both positive and negative. Legs are screaming at me right now. I was not able to complete the second half of the leg workout.
