Good stuff :)I got a double up today legs and yesterday's workout watch out Saturday is going to be killer . but I love it ! I sur e don't want to run into any annie the street if she can do all that !

I was getting killed by those curls yesterday. I was grunting and groaning during those 20. Loved the tricep dips. I did them on the parallel handles. I always struggled with that in the past.....I banged those out pretty good last night. Thank you diamond and military push ups.

20.37 without sprints... After sprints did the legs by cag routine that will just continue the burn from lasst time...not sure if the prediction for tomoro will be even close!

17.36 for Annie. Clock is major motivation. Also..sipped carbon drink for extra push...I think it helped.

The only two crossfitters the finished had times of.....17:51 and 22:52. Those times look pretty tough to beat. Let just see what we got. I am gonna bring all I got right here.

Wow!!!! That was tough. Pull-ups? 100 is very hard. My form was 3/4 of the way down on the last 30. Could not go full range past 70. I saved push-ups for last. I was struggling to do more than 10 at a time from 60-100. What a great workout tho my upper body is on fire.
Total time 20:56. I had a feeling RJO would run away with it. Nice work.

Got one for Monday. Going to steal from crossfit again a little bit, but they do some weird momentum pull ups. Looks much easier and their chin never gets above the bar....not pull ups in my book. So I will lower the amount of pull ups because the DPC does REAL pull ups It's called "Jared" after a soldier who died in the middle east. (gotta love crossfit wod names!) 4 rounds for time 800 meter run 15 pull ups 50 pushups They say you should finish every round in eight minutes at most. Looking forward to giving it a shot.

Lemme tell ya..that's tougher than it sounds! Pullups and pushups take it out of u. I thought 21 min would be doable...nope. 23.51 and I'm sweatn like a beast.

WOW. Nice DPC to get back in the swing! Round 1: .55 of mile 3:57, 10 pull-ups 50 pushups 6:52 Round 2: .55 of mile 4:13, 10 pull-ups 50 pushups 7:59 Round 3: .55 of mile 4:50, 7 pull-ups 50 pushups 8:10

Ok. I have a ton of respect for crossfitters after those last two. Wow! That was unreal. What's more is RJO time. All joking aside that is very impressive. 23 min is gettin it. I'm gonna buy ya two bran new bottles of banana boat for that one.
Total time.....28:41 Banged out all sets of 15 for the pull-ups with no breaks. Push-ups killed me again. And the runs were brutal.
Btw. Nice work on the pull-ups BGJames. A ton of improvement there. I remember when 3 unassisted was the number. Damn good work.

I got till the 10th at this gym so I started writing down some other crossfit wod. I really like the crossfit, except for the power lifting and clean and jerk stuff. These look good tho. I did make some DPC additions and changes.
Barb. 20 pullups 30 push ups 40 sit ups 50squats Rest 3 min 5 rounds for time
Cindy 8 pull ups 10push ups 15 squats 35 lb weight 20 min. As many rounds as u can
Helen 400 m Run 25 box jumps 15pull ups 35 sit ups
3 rounds for time
