I did this tonight and it's a burner. Give it a try.
5 min warm up on treadmill Good stretch 8min on stair climber level 10-12 1 mile run under 8 min 8 min on the tri-bike level 12-14
Bonus 10-10-10 pull ups.

Here was my gameday special... Pullups 10 10 10 Weighted crunch 20 Ball plank circles 10 each direction Side plank cable rows 10 ea
225 x6 for two rds on bench..a pb for rjo thanks to dpc! I was pretty jacked about that so I thought I'd post it.
75lb shrugsx2 rd
75 lb prechercurlsx2
10lb shldr circles 10 forward 10 back. 2 rds

I did the adventure 5k beforehand...I loved it. didn't feel like 24 minutes of ballbustin.

Nice workout routine , but my workout is just for mt muscle and chest.. because its my desire to established my personality with my beautiful body... so like to make my muscle and chest...
