15 KB swing (i used a 25 lb dumbell) 15 Full body crunches (extend legs all the way each time) 250 speed rope 15 pull up (alt grip)
15 burpees 30 ea side bicycle crunch 15 pullup 15 ea side raises

Kettle bell swings? do you squat and let it to the floor, then how high do you bring it up?

Yeah...basically hang between legs and swing up...over head.
