500 steps "DISTANCE" on stair master * choose your level!!
HALF mile on the eliptical * 30% resistance MAX
1000 meters on the row machine at a resistance of 50%
Bonus! 25 mountain climbers

mile was 7.5 min steps took 11+ min half mile eliptical took 10+ min 1k rows took 4 minutes Total was about 33 minutes Did the bonus...you may want to double that 25 to 50 climbers

WOW! Total time 31:20
Mile time 8:06. The 3% had more effect than I thought it would 1 minute to wipe down treadmill and get on the gauntlet. 50 floors 7:59. Alternated between level 12 and 14 1:50 to hose down the equipment and move to next station .5 of mile 4:10 don't recall the resistance 2:42 to wipe off and find the row machine 1000 meters 5:28 at 50% resistance.
No bonus today. I was soaked when I finished!!! It was like old times at gold gym on the gauntlet.
