135 lb bench press 135 lb dead lift 225 lb squats knees elbows to knees (rd 1-5) twisting heals to heaven (rd6-10)
*be sure to maintain good form, so those latter rds may need to bwighte reduced

This one was brutal this morning. I almost drove back home instead of the work afterward.
6 rounds was all I could muster!

Hahaha that is a good idea. I would have looked pretty silly screaming working with no weights on the bar. Lol!

Well that was a brutal workout. I did 7 rds. Took longer than expected. Gonna feel that tomoro morning.

I am going to do this one in about 20 min. Gotta make some changes tho. I'm gonna do bench some kind of curls and then some tricep work. My legs are dead from the leg workout I did the other day and then I ran 8 miles the next day. I cant do a regular squat with no weight right now. Sorry boys. I feel like I'm slacking. Btw back to work really throws a wrench in the DPC game.

I completed seven rounds of this torture. When I almost dropped 135 on my chest on the last rep, I figured it was time to call it good. Perfect DPC for me tonight. Who's got tomorrow?

Nice! I will do a cardio dpc for tomorrow. I will put some arms into it for big game since he braved the millenium club.
