Gonna take a break from cardio today and do a little muscle building work
--------Leg Rotation--------- 2 sets of 15 on each Leg Press Leg Extention Leg Curl Calf Raises
--------Back Rotation------- 2 and 2 switch grip pull ups (start with rev grip, do 2 pull ups, stay on bar, switch hands to front grip and do 2 pull ups. Repeat until failure)
Corn cob pull ups (wide grip, pull up, at top of pull up shift to the right-left-awayfrom bar-to the bar. That is one. Do as many as possible...5 is a really good goal)
Front/Reverse Grip Combination pull ups. ( one hand front grip, other rev grip...max reps)
-----------Do Leg rotation again (same as above)-----------
*****DONE*****
Bonus Pull up rotation 2.........10-10-10 10 front grip 10 wide grip 10 reverse grip

5 mile run this morning with Chester. Might try this workout later.

Just finished it. Make sure your legs are ready if you are gonna give this a go. Good DPC.
