I took the day off yesterday.....AM -- PM killed me. The 8.5 miler made me wake up feeling hungover. Slow and steady was not in the cards. RJO was a lone ranger yesterday. Nice work.
Today I am gonna give this tabata training another go. Here is my plan if you wanna join me.
20sec 10sec. Same as last time. Gonna switch up the exercises a little bit.
8 rounds
Exercise 1 military push ups Exercise 2 straight bar curls (you pick the weight, don't wanna hold back RJO here) Exercise 3 standard pushups Exercise 4 straight bar curls Exercise 5 weighted squats (can use same weight bar as curls if you want, or dumbells) Exercise 6 speed rope Exercise 7 weighted squats Exercise 8 speed rope
After I throw up and recover a little, at some point in the day I am going to do Ab ripper x to finish off the day.

I can't believe the amount of sweat the tabata causes. I love that type of training. Also it was much more challenging doing the correct order, I screwed it up last time. This DPC is a killer.

I am doing this in tthe am...nice work big game. I actually did 1 rd after the game...and I decided I didn't have the energy.

Killer. I was most satisfied with my rope. High for one rd was 56. Getting better. I had to sstop after rd 6 to take care of kids. I was more than willing!
