Ripper X -----> 5k

So today I wanted to test the DPC. It passed!

A few months ago when I was struggling through p90x I could never complete all the reps of ab ripper x. I would be happy to finish 15/25 on each set, and phifers scissors.....I could get like 10. Today I did ALL reps on all sets except the damn scissors...21/25. I was pumped.....so I wen t out and ran 3 miles. When I finished I stopped the watch (and caught my breath, swallowed back some yak) I looked down and it was at 24:00.24. That's all the proof I needed. The DPC is the real deal. Running at a 8 min pace is outstanding for me.

Gotta go back to work soon....these are the kind of results that will keep me motivated to keep going at it!

Give it a try today.....ab ripper x then 3 miles. I bet you will impress yourself too.

I finished a 5k in a downpour this morning. I am ready to give ab ripper x a try. I will have to look up the moves..as I recall it is 25 of each.

Completed the soggy 5K in 9 minute per mile pace.

No doubt the DPC is doing the job! This weekend was bad for me!! 30th Birthday for Emily and all day fishing tourney yesterday. Sorry excuse for eating bad, but still got workout in Sat.
Doubling up today. Doing Ripper 5k plus dirty 30.

That was tough..but it definitely proves to me what the dpc can do. Did ab ripper, followed by dirty 30 (17 min, 26 sec)... Then ran 3 miles in 24:56....pushing Sammi. I feel pretty jacked up. I think we better start marketing the DPC.

Nice work on the dirty thirty. That is a mans workout. I pushed stella for a 3 mile run once......thought I was gonna die. 24:56 is impressive pushing a child, throw in the ripper and dirty thirty......that's the DPC baby!

We gotta find some kind of athletic competition to enter soon. See what RJO and BGJames can do.
