Today I'm gonna pay a little homage to tony Horton and p90x. In true T.H. fashion...write down what you did. "how r u gonna know what to do if u don't know what u did. We think of everything!" BRING IT!
1. Standard push ups 2. Wide grip pull ups 3. Military push ups 4. Front grip pull ups 5. Wide fly push ups 6. Reverse grip pull ups 7. Decline push ups 8. Diamond push ups
Most workouts would be over right here.....not ours.....not ours! -tony h Do it a second round. This time go in this order
2 wide grip pull 1 standard push 4 front grip pull 3 military push 6 rev grip pull 5 wide fly push 7 decline push 8 diamond push
The DPC doesn't end here......
* bonus* 3 sets of 500 jump rope.

Here is what I did.
First round.
Standard push 30 Diamond push 15 All other push ups 25 All pull ups 10
Round 2 Diamond push ups 15 All other push ups. 20 Wide pull ups 8 Front pull ups 5 Reverse pull ups 10.
Kick my ass. Did stairs instead of rope cause I forgot my rope at home.

I am doing core to 10k now...and then this workout in the morning. Gotta get back in the groove!

I like me some old school... 1st rd same reps as cag. Heck I figure I strive to be half as good as him so matchin him is an amazing feat . second round all the same except for wide grip pull ups I did 5 .
