Lou's Arms
Here is Bob's DPC
Lou Ferrigno ARMs
Do each move as a circuit with no rest between moves. Rest 60sec after each round.
8-12 reps each with SQUeeze and hold. At least 2 rounds...Shoot for 3
1. dumbell tricep press (lay flat on bench dumbells parallel...keep elbows tight to body) 60-80 lbs.
2. straight bar curls 70-100 lbs.
3 Overhead rope tricep extentions (seperate ends of rope at full extention)
4. standing single arm curl 30-40 lbs
5. Straight arm extentions 10-20 lbs (extend arms out front and swing to a "Jesus" position and hold for a 2 count)
BONUS: Lou's ass burner....Do 10 min on eliptical between each round set on highest incline. sprint 30sec...jog 60sec.

That leg workout was taxing. Legs are shot too. Arms feel like someone threw hot coals on em. Thank God tomorrow is a rest day. I really like that ARM DPC tho.
