Event 1: standard push ups ..79 Event 2: burpies (just regular no push ups) ..29 Event 3: jump rope *2 min* ....262 Event 4: pull ups....31 Event 5: sit ups .....40 Event 6: power jumps...61 (jump and bring both knees up) Event 7: wall push ups ...42 Event 8: plank (hold as long as possible) ...2:45 Event 9: high knees ...164 (every time a knee comes up = 1) Event 10: one mile run (not for speed, just a shake out jog)

That is a ton of push ups and power jumps. Nice work. Gater might get ya on that plank though. He was tellin me that he is going for 3+

*Nikki is asking the judge to look at the tape on my pushups. She says that number is impossible. she must've forgot who she's married to.

That is an incredible # of push up. No kidding. I remember last time I was going for 60 and got 54 I think, and I thought I was pretty good at pushups after p90x. 79 is crazy!

I feel much stronger, no question about that. The DPC is working. Gotta get my core in shape, it's the only area I feel weak. 1:10 on the plank is shameful.

77 and 79 push ups!!!!! I am going to need to get a old man tour for the JBC...I cant hang with the young pups!!!!! Nice work fellas

I'm just glad to see that someone else posted similar numbers of pushups...almost second guessed my technique :-) Iwas sweating so bad there was a puddle under my gave and chest during the plank! No doubt dpc is workin. Good changes btw CAG.

Gater with 321 on the rope and RJO with 42 wall push ups. Wow fellas that's killing it!
