I'm gonna post on saturdays. And just modify the post. Weight : 174 ( up 7 lbs since starting dpc !! I'm commiting to more running or less protein or something.) Waist at naval: 89 cm Quads : 62 cm ..not 42.. read tape upside-down. Biceps : 36.5 cm ...38.5 flexed good call CAG.

If you are trying to build muscle mass I hear you should try to get 1 gram of protien per 1 lb of weight. So if you are 174lbs you should try to consume 174 grams of protien in your diet. Of course the protien shake is not the only source of protien. The fitness tracker gives you your daily protien intake based on the foods you eat.
Lots of protien choices out there.

Thanks gater...I think I will shoot for that. Seems like a lot but I've read that too. Not trying to be hulk hogan but just less fat, more defined ( like u fellas). I also read that higher protein = more muscle which = more fat burn.

yes the more muscle the more fat it burns...i would go less carbs bc carbs are burned first then fat but im sure u fellas know that.. i was asking nic about the protein thing you guys posted and he said that whey is the best but he didnt say which flavor is good or the brand...hes been working a lot in the past 3 days but i told him to get on here and offer you guys some protein insight .... if you guys like ground turkey i make turkey burgers which is jennie-o brand ... get extra lean and it has a lot of protein not a lot of sat. fat. but thats the only brand i found thats n e good.
