I hope this is a challenge to you animals. If you finish you are in the club. Just one round no bonus. Set the timer.....who gets the gold?
Warm up and stretch any way u want
Start timer
1000 jumps on the jump rope. (take the anchor off RJO) 50 sit ups 25 push up
*First millennium complete*
500 jumps on rope 50 sit ups 25 push ups 500 jumps on rope 50 sit ups 25 push ups
*Second millennium complete* (one more to go)
500 jumps on rope 50 sit ups 25 push ups 400 jumps on rope ---------FINAL PUSH------- 100 double jumps on rope (split them up however you want)
*Third millennium complete* Stop timer
If you finished you are a member of the millennium club!
This DPC includes a total of 3000 jumps on the rope, 200 sit ups and 100 push ups.

Yikes...I didn't mean to piss u off! . Good thing I got lessons in ropin by Mick himself. Better get the soundtrack to Rocky out. Gonna take a while.

Wow is right. I got blisters! Great cardio dpc CAG. I definitely have room for improvement here. Took me a whopping 35+ min to do this one! I say we are even

The double jump finish is a KILLER!!!! RJO i agree my forearms took a beating from the jump rope on misses.

so i made it half way ... i made it to the second millennium and liv started crying ...then i got hungry and went and ate five guys lol ...so i guess im not a milennium club member ... but maybe a half?

DPC reflection
*double jumps suck *sit ups are getting better *double jumps suck even more when you are tired *my calfs hate me right now *that was exactly what I wanted in a DPC
My time was 31:01
My sure you stretch tonight if you wanna walk tomorrow.

i got out of bed and my feet were killing me.. and i didn't do an extra 1000 so i can imagine how u guys feel ..worst dpc yet.. but still good:)
