Three rounds (not timed, but keep a brisk pace) all weight machines are 12 reps. The core exercises go like this...round1=50, round2=30, round3=20. The cardio exercises go...round1=4min, round2=4min, round3=3min. Here you go.
Leg press Crunches Stair climber *short rest* Leg extentions Mason twists Treadmill (pick your speed) *short rest* Leg curls No core this round Cardio rowing machine *short rest* Calf raises Leg raises Your favorite cardio machine
Go all the way through in order 3 times!
