I figured in the spirit of continuing to challenge myself I would throw out a task of the week. For the next seven days I am going to force myself to wake up an hour or so earlier and go for a run. This will be in addition to whatever you animals post as DPC's. I am Looking to run at about a 9min pace each morning. Finally, I am going to eat clean for these seven days, no cheat meals or treats (gonna be tough). If you wanna join me here is my schedule.
Sunday 3 miles Monday 2 miles Tuesday 4 miles Wednesday 3 miles Thursday 3 miles Friday 2 miles Saturday 5 miles

Bacon and eggs for breakfast (cant layoff the bacon tho..6 pieces!) Ham Sandwich with grapes, carrots, and chexmix for lunch. Protein SHake for dinner (since i was too nausious to eat after the campers challenge) half banana, 1 light dannon strawberry yogurt, 1/4 cup skim milk and two scoops of vanilla protein and about 8 ice cubes makes a killer smoothie. Gonna have an egg sandwich for late snack.
still shooting to run 3 miles later.

I am gonna do five tonight bc i missed yesterday. I was too tired after chasing the man. Gonna start nips to knees in about five min. Then run at night when it's cooler. Maybe it will rain.

5 is gonna be tough.
I completed my 2 miles a lunch. Much harder than they should have been. The chocolate fastfuel shake afterward made it worth it.

Finished 5. Felt pretty good about my 9 min pace until RJO threw down 7:30 by fall. the DPC is turning us into monsters. I love it.
