im currently interested in Berberine, but i wonder how to dose it properly? Can anyone help.

i was taking Berberine myself for a long time ago, and i used this article as an orientation for dosage: liftmode.com/blog/berberine-dosage/
But be careful: i said orientation. You should always talk to your doctor before applying any dosage to yourself, as their always can be potential harmful interaction you dont know about.
