Hi, have just discovered the benefits of yoga and I love it. I've been able to add it in 3 days a week, in addition to my other workouts. It wouldn't be satisfying alone, but as an add on it is really helping my flexibity and doms. My questions are, 1) Most of the people in the yoga workouts appear to be very long and lean. Will I get this way if I do yoga three times a week? (I don't want to loose the upper body definition that I have 2) About how many calories does a workout like Brian Kest's Sweat burn? I seem to have dropped some weight since I started and I wondered if it's the additional calorie burn, or the shock or what. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
