Hi, I have a question for anybody familair with Kudolini Yoga (I hope I spelled that right). I just got the DVD and went through most of it once. I was supprised at how relaxing it was. I couldn't imagine that the breath of fire could be relaxing and increase flexability until I tried it. My question is this. Do you do the whole program at once or break it into segments? I'm hoping it can be done in segments so I can use it more often. I don't usually have over an hour to dedicate to YOGA. Do you have any suggestions on how to break it out? Do certian segments flow together real well, and can you start from any segment? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
