I figured we could give the legs and arms a little break. Here we go: -30 Water Dips (crunches with legs off the ground and tap toes like your dipping them in water) -Right side plank 1 minute -60 Bicycle kicks -30 side crunches (reach for your ankles on each side) -30 raised leg crunches -Left side plank 1 minute -15 heels to the heavens -20 Scissors (Get It!) -30 Sit Ups -Normal Plank (Get your clocks out, lets see how long you can hold it!) Cardio: 30 Minute Bike cool down and or 15 minute jog. By the way 20 minutes after the H.I.T workout I puked my brains out

I was happy to hear we were giving the legs and arms a break until I read what we are doing. Btw I don't know if you got my reply to the message you sent me, but please feel free to invite anyone to join. The more the merrier! I have asked about everyone I know and RJO and BGJames were the only two that stepped up.

Great DPC. I hate abs and will only do them on this!
I am sure my yelling during the 1 minute side planks impressed the neighbors. The last plank was 1 minute 14 seconds and that was EVERYTHING I had.
Going on the bike ride right now.

HAHAHA I thought the finish was a 30 minute bike and 15 minute run. I need to print these things off!
Well 30 minute bike 8.3miles 16.5MPH average 15 minute run 1.59 miles 9:33 per mile

Nice work on the bonus gater! I think next ab routine I need to crank it up so we cant even think about moving let alone biking.

Another great DPC! Kicked my ass. Abs are my weakness. Those side crunches were not pretty. The whole neighborhood knew about those side planks.
Final plank.....a disappointing 1:10 (i earned every sec too)
I'm hoping by posting late maybe no one will see. Great DPC ! Gotta try to earn my feather from the chief still today.
