I did my time on the stairs monday. Taking day off to prepare for the speed workout tomorrow...and because I am still kind of jet lagged!

Hoosiers play at 7, so I might go for a short run before game time.

So 3.5 mile run yesterday 8:45/mile pace. Speed work this morning 4 .5 mile sprints with 1 minute walk between and then a final mile with all I have. Total time 24:45.

Speed DPC results
First half mile--3:33
Second half mile--3:31
Third half mile--3:18
Fourth half mile--3:34
Mile finish--8:25
Rough DPC. Tests your legs for sure. Rested for about 45 seconds between half miles, and one minute before mile finish.

5.25 miles in 43:23 last night. Rest today then good stretch and jog tomorrow. Go after a personal best on Thursday morning. We shall see.
