I told Gater once that tony Horton created p90x because of the fear of Clubber Lane. I know as a 9year old white boy I almost shit myself seeing Him do pull ups in that basement.

The dirty 30 killed me tonight. Those damn double jumps and diamond push ups are horrible!

I love seeing what you boys post before I workout. No way I get those diamond push ups done in time if I wasn't going after your times.
15:51 and 5 min rope bonus.
Jumping rope timed is much more difficult than counting for me. I was dying waiting for that buzzer to sound. Good DPC, but I liked the original dirty 30 line up better. Good work boys!

Man!!!!!!! Went back and checked RJO's time again. I was gunning for 15:56 not 15:46. Oh well 15:51 was all I had so whatever. Good work RJO, ya whipped our asses again.

was gonna take day off but Took the kids to park in the bend and couple of dudes were busting out a crossfit wod..so i I had to let nikki know I could do more reps than these young fellas. Did speed rope, pullups, handstand pushups, dips, and pushups. 2 sets of 15-20. Didn't want her to think those boys had sumthin on ME! Then did half hour bike ride pulling 3 kiddos.
