Here is a workout from the High Intensity Training class I took a few years ago. No rest in rounds and absolutely no sandbagging!
Warm up with .25 mile jog.
Round 1 Start your watch .25 mile as fast as you can 25 push ups 25 sit-ups 15 pull-ups (5 wide grip, 5 reverse grip, 5 close grip) 500 jump ropes Stop your watch
2 minute break
Round 2 Start your watch Complete same workout Stop your watch
If the workout takes you over 20 seconds longer than round 1 do 10 penalty push-ups, sit-ups and burpies
3 minute break
Round 3 Start your watch Complete same workout Stop your watch If the workout takes you over 45 seconds longr than round 1 do 10 penalty push-ups, sit-ups and burpies
Post time to complete each round

I left out two key facts. Fact number 1: The trainer had a puke bucket handy because they did not like people to puke on the basketball court.
Fact number 2: After I completed this workout and was sitting in the locker room 15 minutes later a older gentleman tapped me on the shoulder and asked me if he should call for help!!! LOL
Great effort JR!!!! The penalty round SUCKS! Getting ready to do my rounds in a hour or so.

I gotta do this one first thing in the am. but ir RJO tossed how cookies I'm screwed.

Look at BGJames with that negative split between rd 1 and rd 2. Must have been a little red ass going there lol!

i just finished the workout.. kicked my ass.. especially the pull ups .. i hate pull ups! Here are my times: 8:01, 7:50, 8:20 and thats after I added 30 sec. to each one b/c i didnt have a jump rope jumped in place with a fake one...which still kicked my ass haha .. o and I had to add in a few girl push-ups bc i suck at those... but awesome workout!

I also added 30 seconds to each round bc of no jump rope. But I think its more like 1 minute addtion. Either way it still kicked my ass.
Let me know when I should add a workout.

I was gonna do this workout last night. Glad I waited till this morning. The extra time off really helped my times.
Round 1 =7:40 Round 2 = 7:51 Round 3 = 7:47
I can jump rope all day. Sit up still suck. By far my best workout. Good look BGJames!
